In world chat folks are sending the equivalent of 1 JD gold in game currency (15s each in Zen/CS currency) for each message they send.

It helps the company make money and the rest of us have some peace because we don't have a constant stream of spam and/or arguments. If and when these things do still happen, it is in a much smaller quantity.
